By subscribing to TradeFlow Assist, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

TradeFlow Assist provides tradespeople with full enquiry vetting and lead forwarding automation, including:

  1. Automated qualification of client enquiries using AI.
  2. Forwarding vetted enquiries directly to the tradesman via email, WhatsApp, or other agreed channels.
  3. Optional add-ons such as reporting dashboards, quote chasing, and online booking integration.

Important: TradeFlow Assist manages lead administration but does not perform trade work, guarantee jobs, or take responsibility for project outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be a UK-based tradesperson or business operating legally.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate business and contact details.

3. Subscription & Payment

  1. Services operate on a recurring monthly subscription.
  2. Payments must be made via approved methods (Stripe, or as agreed).
  3. Subscriptions continue until cancelled. Cancellation requires 30 days’ notice.
  4. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
  5. Optional add-ons incur additional fees, which will be communicated before activation.

4. Lead Vetting & Forwarding

  1. TradeFlow Assist uses AI and automation to qualify enquiries before forwarding them to you.
  2. Tradesmen remain responsible for verifying client details, budgets, and project feasibility.
  3. TradeFlow Assist cannot guarantee that leads result in completed work or payment.
  4. Tradesmen are responsible for responding to leads promptly and professionally.
  5. TradeFlow Assist is not responsible for emails filtered by spam/junk folders. Clients must whitelist our email address to ensure delivery.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Keep contact and business information accurate and up-to-date.
  • Update social media profiles, auto-replies, and availability to ensure leads are handled effectively.
  • Comply with all relevant trade regulations and laws.
  • Treat all clients and leads professionally.

Failure to follow these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Intellectual Property

All TradeFlow Assist materials, including templates, AI scripts, and branding, remain the property of TF Assist Ltd. Tradesmen may use these only for their own business while subscribed.

7. Data Privacy

  1. TradeFlow Assist processes personal data in compliance with UK GDPR.
  2. Client and lead information is used solely for the purpose of vetting, forwarding, and reporting.
  3. By subscribing, you consent to this processing.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. TradeFlow Assist provides services “as is”. We do not guarantee income, job completion, or client satisfaction.
  2. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our service.
  3. Maximum liability is capped at fees paid in the last 3 months.

9. Termination

  1. You may cancel your subscription with 30 days’ notice.
  2. TradeFlow Assist may terminate services immediately for breach of terms, illegal activity, or misuse.
  3. Upon termination, access to the service and any materials will cease.

10. Changes to Terms

TradeFlow Assist may update these Terms with 30 days’ notice. Continued use indicates acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
